i don't blame the electorate, i do blame the non-electorate. The more i think about it, the better i think compulsory voting is the way to go forward. and don't even think about talking about free speech and the such, IMHO if you are against the current political choice or lack of it the main fault is not even expressing that by voting ( or placing a white ballot)
